In my opinion, given your interests, your ideal institution depends at least in part on whether you envision being a part of the academic or business or medical side. I think the computer science angle is going to give you the most flexibility in terms of academic and business applications. You will need an emphasis on hard science if you are shooting for addressing the medical side. My gut instinct is computer science at a university that integrates technology and mind like MIT's Neuromedia lab.
