60 Minutes recently did a segment on the possible use of the drug propranolol as a treatment for PTSD. There's also some neat footage showing memory-enhancement in a mouse injected with adrenaline. Here's a link to some of the video and here's the full transcript (which may point to some difficulties in demonstrating that propranolol is more effective than a placebo).
