Law Vs Emotion.

Explaining through Venn-Diagram,I consider emotion as a Universal set.It has Evidence n Belief as intersecting circles under it.i.e.evidence has some part in belief and belief is a diverse part of emotion.Law is based on emotion to some extent. But the constitution has the main body as experience of the people who framed it.It is unchangeable and represents the whole community or country. It is common for all.But Evidence is a part of law and sometimes driven by emotions, the judgement is given. But this judgement is not from the jury's emotional view-point...its from the accused person's viewpoint.
