Biography

I am a law professor at Brooklyn Law School where I teach criminal law, health law, bioethics, and "law and the brain."

The Neuroethics and Law Blog is an interdisciplinary forum for legal and ethical issues related to the brain and cognition. It is meant to be of interest to bioethicists, legal academics, lawyers, neuroscientists, neurologists, cognitive scientists, psychologists, psychiatrists, philosophers, criminologists, behavioral economists, and others. I encourage you to send me conference announcements, calls for papers, and the like.

The views expressed herein are solely those of the individual blog editor, NELB staff member, guest blogger, or individual commentator who posts some particular content. Nothing in this blog should be construed as offering legal or medical advice. For such advice, you must contact a lawyer or doctor licensed in your jurisdiction.
